All content, designs, graphics, software, and other materials in the Ketorra application are the property of Mekatronyx and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

About Ketorra

Ketorra is a keto diet and fasting tracker developed by Mekatronyx. The app design, software code, visual assets, and bundled content (recipes, nutrition data) are proprietary and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Download and use Ketorra for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Share screenshots or screen recordings of the app for personal use, reviews, or commentary
• Export your personal health data using the app's built-in CSV export feature
• Link to our website

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software or content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission
• Create derivative works based on Ketorra or its content
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, redistribute, or commercialize the bundled recipe or nutrition databases

Fasting Circles — conduct and content

If you choose to use the optional Fasting Circles feature, you agree to:

• Use a display name and avatar that are not offensive, harassing, impersonating, or otherwise objectionable.
• Only invite people you actually know and want to share fasting status with.
• Not use Fasting Circles to send unsolicited messages, harass, or harm other users.

Mekatronyx does not monitor Circle content but reserves the right to take action against accounts that misuse the feature. You can report abuse to support@mekatronyx.com.

Your data — access and deletion

You retain ownership of all health data you enter in Ketorra. You can:

• Export your tracked data as a CSV file from the History or Settings screen.
• Delete all your data from Settings > Reset All Data, which wipes your local database and issues a best-effort delete of any Fasting Circles data you created in CloudKit.
• Uninstall Ketorra at any time, which removes all local data from your device. CloudKit data tied to your iCloud account can be cleared via Reset All Data before uninstalling.

Ketorra is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The app is designed for informational and tracking purposes only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to your diet, fasting regimen, or exercise routine. Ketorra does not provide medical advice.

You use Ketorra at your own risk. Mekatronyx is not responsible for any health outcomes, adverse effects, or injuries resulting from your use of the app or any diet, fasting, or exercise program you undertake.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Ketorra is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Mekatronyx shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above.
